Our 12 month Rent Protect Warranty, comes with the following benefits:
- Available on rents up to £5,000 per calendar month
- Covers up to 15 months' insured rent arrears, with a maximum benefit of £100,000 per claim
- Includes legal expenses and court costs to obtain possession, including claims under Section 8 mandatory grounds
- Provides cover for Section 13 rent increases while awaiting tribunal determination
- Can be renewed even if a claim is ongoing
- No exclusion for the first month’s unpaid rent
Please note all tenants and guarantors if applicable must undergo and pass an FCC Paragon Full Reference.
